1. Booking and Payment

All appointments booked online require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

For online bookings, this deposit must be paid by card. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer at the end of your appointment.

Bank transfer is the preferred payment method, though cash is also accepted.

Bank details will be provided upon request.

Bookings are automatically confirmed upon receipt of your deposit, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

If 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment date.

Where 48 hours notice is not provided, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Patch Testing Requirements

All new clients must complete a patch test before any colour services can be performed.

Patch tests must be completed within 7 days of your appointment, but no less than 48 hours before your scheduled service.

Please contact me directly as a new client to arrange your patch test appointment.

No patch test means no colour service will be performed - this is for your safety and cannot be waived (deposits are non refundable for failure to patch test)

4. Consultation and Health Information

A full consultation for Colour work must be completed before your appointment. This helps me understand your hair history and any potential concerns.

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your hair and health history.

5. Salon Location

Services are provided at my professional salon. The specific address will be confirmed when you book.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time at full cost or may be cancelled on the spot.

If cannot provide a full service in the time given, then the deposit will be retained & not transferred.

6. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your data will only be used for appointment booking, service delivery, and business communication purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Service Standards and Liability

I am committed to providing professional hair services to the highest standard.

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss potential solutions.

Refunds for completed services may be considered on a case-by-case basis when 48 hours notice is given for legitimate concerns.

I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant health information or skip required patch testing.

Prices will always be revised in April & any appointments from then will be carried out at the new price.
